  Henry Horne and Laurana Taft Horne inherited $500 consisting of a house and lot in Greenville. “Therefore, we set apart to said Horne and wife the Indian Well land, according to the deceased as follows; viz, The Wellington Haddock and Nathaniel Pettet deed, by Sheriff containing 196 acres, valued at $50. The Allen Smith tract containing 115 acres, valued at $65, the Gideon Pettet tract at $50, the Nathaniel Pettet tract of 150 acres, valued at $150, making his lot worth $815.”
